Sending Unicode SMS Messages

Note that all messages will automatically be converted to Unicode if the message contains characters outside of the GSM-7 character set even if these methods aren’t used.

Since all message send methods will automatically message to Unicode if they contain non-GSM-7 characters, the following methods are considered deprecated. They are still functional for backwards compatibility only.
